My watercolors are cracked or have small holes, is this normal?

Our paints are handmade and come with lots of character! We do our best to smooth out every nook and cranny but some paints can still be temperamental! Paints that are matte or neon usually have more bumps and lumps. If you aren't sure, feel free to contact us!

Why aren't your paints pillow-topped?

We love how pretty pillow tops are but not the sticky mess they can leave. We make our paints flat as pancakes, so that they are easier to use. 

I participated in a pre-sale and my order hasn't shipped yet?

If you ever have any questions about a pre-sale ship date feel free to contact us! If the date has passed and you still have not received a shipping notification, chances are we're just running a day behind! 

Paint has a mind of it's own though and sometimes it needs more work than I originally anticipated. I always do my best to email pre-sale participants if a palette will be delayed by more than one or two days! 

I have an idea for a palette, do you take requests? 

Absolutely! While we can't guarantee every palette idea, we love to know what you want! Send us your ideas via email or Instagram DM.

Do you do wholesale orders?

If you are interested in a large quantity or wholesale order for an art retreat or subscription, please email us! We love working with other artists.

What happens if my order gets delivered wrong?

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate address at checkout. Once your order leaves our hands, we have no more control! If your order does not get delivered to the correct address we will do out best to help but cannot guarantee refunds, replacements or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Our options have been updated as of 10/16/2021 based on Covid-19 restrictions. You can triple check if your country is available here

Magical Explorations Questions

What is included in the Magical Explorations Clubhouse?

The clubhouse is a great place to get updates about the monthly subscriptions and chat with your fellow explorers! There are also parties, early access to new products and more surprises!

What happens to my clubhouse access if I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, we are sad to see you go! If you choose to cancel, your clubhouse access will be revoked on the first of the month following your last subscription. ie. if your last package was April, access will be removed on May 1st
